My girl

Friday, February 13th, 2015

My little girl is no longer a baby, at the age of four she knows a lot. One thing I wonder about this kid is her behavior, seems to be that she’s old enough whom you communicated, she have so many reasoning and points to probe herself that she is in the right tract whatever you say or accuse with. I hope and pray that as days go by she will grow with full of Gods knowledge and fear.

Feel pressure

Friday, February 6th, 2015

Honestly speaking, I felt the pressure for our coming big event this march 20, 2015, this will be the first evangelistic fellowship that grace churches around the city will be participating and many people are expected to come. One of my students is now under suspension for violating the school policies and the reason why I am also affected is that he is a key person whom I trusted much especially with the programs and activities for that event. I’m hoping and praying that God will help us in the preparations.

He knows the best for me

Friday, January 30th, 2015

God is so good for He knows what is best for you and me. I remember a few years ago I was thinking and planning to work abroad as nurse, this is my profession and practice for almost three years but I was frustrated with it, I was just at the local placement and the salary was not enough with my expectations. Now I realized that all things happened in my life was planned and originated by God. There are times that I followed my will but most of the time I failed. While ago I was called up for a position that doubles my present salary and it is more than the salary i long if I will work abroad. Praise God for everything, His plan his best than I have. Thank you Lord.

Who can be against us?

Sunday, January 25th, 2015

If God is with us, who can be against us? this statement from the bible marked in my heart and realized how powerful is our God. If He was able to create all things we saw around us, surely He can do something best in our life even to the smallest details and our needs. We can overcome all challenges in life because He is there for us. Just have faith on Him and trust Him wholeheartedly.

To see our dear sister published in one publication outside the Philippines is a big honor to us, her family and gives a good impact to our country about Filipino nurse-midwife working in the third world country, not only that, they also sent a letter and card of appreciation to our parents for ate’s excemptional service to the people lives in south Sudan, especially in helping pregnant mothers gave births. Lots of baby named after her (Lorelee) as their way of honoring ate’s care for them and to their little ones..we are so proud of you te..

This is the booklet that they sent to us, the front cover is the picture of Dr. Brantly, the Ebola survivor, he is Ate’s co-staff in Samaritan’s purse International relief. God bless SP team. Continue serving in Jesus wonderful name! Lord spare them from Ebola especially my sister in that place, wrap them with your precious blood. Amen!

Our tongue is so powerful

Thursday, November 6th, 2014

No doubt that our tongue is so powerful, that bible tells that out of the abundance of our heart, our mouth speaks. Yesterday we witnessed while passing by at sunshine area. We saw a man who was about to hostage his niece because of family trouble. The husband was so angry of what her wife was doing and about to witnessed face to face with another man with his wife. He tried to hostage his niece and told to kill her if her wife will not go back to their home. I was afraid for what might happened to a little girl who knew nothing about what happened to her surrounding. Be careful for what we say might be the outcome of our actions.

Just woke up

Monday, November 3rd, 2014

We just woke up early in the morning and started our day with prayer and worshiping God. I really miss this moment, I just remember from our child hood with our parents every morning we wake up early to do the same. I’m praying and hoping that we can develop this attitude of spending more our quality time for God alone. Lord allow us to draw near to you and work with our lives each day and every moment. Thank you Lord.

Nursing jobs

Tuesday, October 28th, 2014

Sad to say that majority of nursing graduates found it so hard to seek a nursing jobs. Most of the nurses graduates works as call center agents and some works in financial services and transportation. My sister, a nursing graduate and a registered nurse said to me. She became a volunteer nurse in so many hospitals and actually paid lots of money just to be come a volunteer nurse to secure works experience..She said, she spent four years in school and trainings just to gain a said to be job and actually paid an expensive tuition at school yet so hard to find a Job. We cant blame nurses today that they prefer to go abroad just to have a stable job.

Friday, October 24th, 2014

I realized how important to think globally and act locally. Our earth is now ruined and climate change are felt every region. My daughter was at school joining the celebration of united nations day. I was touch with their presentations, presenting different flags and showing unity with each other. Their song they sung entitled the dream of children have a message for all of us. Our children are the future of tomorrow. Lets help one  another building good relationship, regardless of what country we came from. We are all products of Gods creation.
